My Story
A committed voice for social justice, MannyDavi focuses on empowering underserved populations and creating pathways for opportunity. His work is hands-on and community-driven, reflecting a clear mission to uplift and support those in need.
Musically, he operates within the reggae tradition, delivering sound and messaging rooted in unity, peace, and consciousness. His music serves as both expression and purpose—connecting with audiences while promoting positive, conscious content that discourages drugs, violence, and negative influences.
His skill set extends into the field of medicinal cannabis, where he advocates for responsible, informed use of the plant’s therapeutic potential. He supports its role in pain management as part of a broader conversation around reducing reliance on harmful opioids—emphasizing education, safety, and proper guidance.
In addition, MannyDavi is a professional barber and creative, engaging daily with his community through both his craft and his presence. Whether in the studio or the barbershop, he consistently brings energy, connection, and positivity.
Grounded in spirituality, he is an active member of the Rastafari Benevolent Society of Puerto Rico. His life and work reflect a deep commitment to Rastafari principles and a purpose-driven path.
MannyDavi works alongside Opioid Awareness Foundation Music Program Director Makonnen Hanna to promote positive, conscious music initiatives. Together, they focus on creating and amplifying content that steers communities away from drugs, violence, and negative influences, using music as a vehicle for awareness, healing, and cultural elevation.
Through his music, platform, and community reach, MannyDavi supports the outreach efforts of The Light Must Unite Opioid Awareness Foundation. By integrating awareness messaging into his music, live performances, and grassroots engagement, he helps educate communities on the dangers of synthetic opioids, promote harm reduction, and amplify prevention initiatives.
A multifaceted individual with a unified mission, MannyDavi continues to build across music, community, and culture—focused on uplifting, serving, and inspiring.
