Phil Daru is a strength coach, speaker, entrepreneur, creator, and family man. Daru has worked with over 5,000 coaches in his mentorship program and has taught seminars in over 14 different countries. He has worked with well over 300 professional athletes along his nearly 2 decades of coaching.

My Story

As a former pro fighter and collegiate athlete, Daru has also competed in powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, and BJJ. Awards include 5x Trainer of the Year for the World MMA Awards and Florida MMA Awards. Daru continues to grow his brand and business through his online platforms, which include 500k subscribers and followers on his YouTube channels and the Daru Strong Podcast. Daru owns and operates Daru Strong Performance Center, Daru Strong Productions, Daru Strong Digital, and Daru Strong Nutrition. The roster of athletes and clients includes UFC elite fighters Dustin Poirier, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Edson Barboza, Kevin Lee, Frankie Edgar, Amanda Nunes, Colby Covington, and Tyron Woodley, and world-renowned celebrities Timbaland and Kevin James. Daru also now works with local SWAT officers and special ops military. His mission is to provide services and education to those in need of bettering themselves physically and mentally. He does that by acquiring strength in all aspects of life.
