Arby launched his career in 2008 following the legalization of cannabis in Colorado.  After becoming well versed in the hemp industry, motivated to return to his home state, Arby came to know that CBD is the future.   In 2013 he returned to Florida and co-founded Green Roads which has been established as a leading privately-owned CBD company in the US. Earning awards and recognition to its name and earning over $150 Million worth in sales within 5 years.   Arby's dedication and hard work was awarded with the title of Cannabis Advocate of the year by the Cannabis Business Awards in 2018.  Noticing that Florida has yet to provide a pathway for hemp in the state, Arby decided to help the state pass the FL Hemp Pilot Program.  After assisting in the passage of the bill, the University of Florida chose Green Roads to be the research program's private business partner.  Green Roads invested $1 Million in the partnership.   Arby had also spent his time assisting in getting the Research and Commercialization Hemp bills pass through the Florida legislature. He launched Cannabis Life Radio in 2016 and has became one of the founding member of the Florida Hemp Council.
